What the evidence actually shows
The cohort, the endpoint, the effect size. Not the press release, and not the founder's story.
I'm the Chief Commercial Officer at RMI. We sell some of what I'm about to talk about. Here's the evidence anyway.
I'm not a physician. Nothing here is medical advice.
A live session every two weeks on regenerative medicine — what the evidence shows, how to read a clinic before you wire it money, and the questions that separate a real programme from a sales pitch.
What each session covers
The topics rotate. The method doesn't.
The cohort, the endpoint, the effect size. Not the press release, and not the founder's story.
What a serious one publishes, what it won't, and the three questions that end a bad conversation fast.
What's approved, what's an open trial, what's neither — and what each of those means for the person paying.
Before, after, and how long you'd honestly have to wait before any of it means anything.
Before you register
The limits are the product. If you want someone to tell you what to take, this is the wrong room.
I won't diagnose you. I can't, and I'm not qualified to.
I won't recommend a dose or a protocol to you personally. Not in the session, not in the Q&A, not by email.
I'll tell you what I'd ask a clinic and what the answers should sound like. Where you go is your decision and your doctor's.
When the honest answer is "we don't know yet," that's the answer you'll get. Those come up more than you'd expect.
I have a commercial interest in this category. I'll say so every time it's relevant, before I make the point rather than after.
Who's running it
I'm Patrick Cunningham. I've been training since 1999 and working in cellular medicine since 2023 — twenty-seven years and three. I'm not a physician, and I don't hold a clinical credential of any kind. What I have is a seat close enough to the work to watch which claims survive contact with the data and which quietly don't.
I'm the Chief Commercial Officer at RMI, which sells some of what I'll be covering. That's a real conflict of interest, and it's exactly why I put it at the top of the page instead of leaving it for you to find. Everyone in this category has incentives. Almost nobody leads with theirs.
Decline is not a schedule. It is a set of cellular processes, and processes are addressable.
The format
Ten thousand lives by 2030. It starts with people who can tell a real answer from a confident one.
